You just can't help yourself can you. insinuating that IXR can claim R&D tax credits on UK Grant money!
The Windsor framework is between the UK and EU, it has nothing to do with Australia,
The UK grants are for Northern Ireland and are to be spent in Northern Ireland,
If IXR are claiming R&D tax credits in Australia against those grants somebody is attempting some highly speculative and creative accounting, as the last time I looked Grants should not to be regarded as Income for tax purposes. Double dipping is a no-no.
I hope you are not suggesting that IXR is engaged in Tax fraud?
