T2CUP doesn't mention the first option IXR said they would take before doing a CR, and that is to sell VMM
Management also stated at last meeting that they did consider borrowing but went with CR, so we have a couple of options, but I do feel if they where going to do CR they would try and pump share price which they aren't doing, I think UK GOVERNMENT is coming to the party.
