Already getting some information, data here and there where you can make some assumptions, these are calculation I performed a month ago using REE prices back then in early August after the Crux Interview with Tim and Brett
OPEX $25/kg of REO x 400,000 kg of REO = ~$10M to produce 400,000kg of REO
from above
NdPr = ~ $18.0M USD
Tb = ~ $7.6M USD
Dy = ~ $2.5M USD
Ho = ~ $700,000 USD
Total = $28.8M USD - OPEX $10M USD = ~ $18.8M USD for One Commercial Plant at Rare Earth Prices back in early August, rock bottom Rare Earth Prices NdPr S45/kg USD
Prices for NdPr Tb and Dy two years ago were 3-4 times higher, that profit $18.8M USD becomes 3 or 4 becomes bigger, very huge profits ~ $55M USD - $75M USD for just one plant, or with OEM's you can set a premium price for secure rare earths
