So Tim think Belfast will generate a US$9Mpa EBITDA,
Assuming a Ten year depreciation schedule then Net profit will probably be under US$3Mpa
Divided that between 5 Billion shares and it will give you an EPS of $0.0006
PE ratio's for manufacturing Industries is about 10:1
Which gives you a SP somewhere in the region of AU$0.01
Which shows that the current Market is actually being generous at the moment, considering they still have to find finance.
