I have been talking about strict fiscal management for a while.
We all know the coffers are pretty low, so seeing them tighten up, is exactly what I wanted to see.
As harsh as it is, the brutal reality is in tough times, tough decisions have to be made.
So to see some tightening of the purse strings via the headcount, is absolutely necessary and I assume this is happening across all our locations in Makuutu, Melbourne and Belfast.
And its also tough times which if navigated properly, can build a stronger, leaner and smarter IXR.
