I dont believe they are going to wait till Belfast is up and running before they sign more deals, I believe LCM and IXR will doing deal in USA before the end of the year with our MOU. Read LCM LINKEDIN statements the have good news on the horizon with IXR.
The FS could be used as a blue print in many Countries no need to wait 2 years to prove Commercial Plant in Belfast the Demo already done that.
