All those "Key Planks" described in this Australian strategy apply to UK !!

Because, As far as I know, UK does not have any indigenous rare earth resources.
UK has to import all its rare earth material.
So the ONLY rare earth material which would be indigenous to UK, would be that rare earth material which is created from recycled material ---> ie from Ionic Tech and other recyclers.
So surely, it is even more important for the UK, and probably Europe, to source as much material from recycling etc, as it can. That is the only real way UK can get some control over its R/E supply chain, without having to fight for it?
