I think that the future for IXR is looking not only bright but CERTAIN.
There is no longer any doubt that Belfast can recover the important and vital REs that companies require to enable the electrification of everthing.
I think the SP is way undervalued at present but once initial funding for an operating plant in Belfast is locked in the SP will rise. I would not be surprised if a partner with deep pockets appeared and begin rolling out plants in other European countries and other western countries.
IMHO this technology is too valuable to the world to wait for years in being scaled up. I hope the UK govt understands the value of recovering REs from spent magnets and provides funding for the initial plant and then subsequent plants are rolled out in Europe. USA have a number of similar plants but none that produce the full separation of all of the critical REs.
Surly the US Govt and/or US RE companies are watching the progress at IXR?
