This will indeed bring it home to roost, the realities of the essentialness of rare earth's being controlled by China, who are now fully aligned to Russia who are again aligned to Iran. Putting the political issues to one side. That situation is not acceptable and it's that which will get this funded the most on scale. Governments are hardly short when it's world stage defence attack situations and they're all playing catch up with China.
Obviously should it kick off big outside of the Middle East then all bets are off, that's IMO a little way off as yet. I'll add this, Robots in warfare is already with us but it's in it's infancy, robots are not just metal running men in battle. Robots are the future in industry and warfare, China the country know this all to well, the industrial ROTW is slowly but surely catching up.
I'd say IXR are in a great position going forward in so many ways....
