As I posted in a previous post, it's very difficult to find Tb and Dy in the West, let alone process and Refine into High Purity Separated Rare Earth Oxides, Ionic Technologies Can, and soon we will be Refining Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate for VMM Scoping Study
