There is some reason it is delayed - I don't know what.

what is very apparent, is that that there are many, many irons in the fire.
The downrampers kept telling us that IXR had missed the boat on applying for the latest round of grants - yet low and behold, IXR got not 1 but two grants. And we didn't even know that IXR was already working on a new process on how to demagnetise the bigger magnets from wind turbines.

IXR has told repeatedly, that they are in discussions with all sorts of participants in the "supply chain".
I now hate the term "supply chain" - it could mean anything now.
But we know they are talking to magnet makers, wind turbine providers, offtake partners, Govts of UK & US & EU (witness Germany) & probably Asian countries (Korea and Japan, funders, J/V partners, and equity providers, and VMM etc etc.

This is the real deal.

As I mentioned in "Offtake" post above, IMHO this VAC deal is not so much about quantity, but quality.
It confirms credibility in the IXR process, it confirms credibility in IXR as a partner, it will provide door-openings to Offtake parties and Funders.

Think of it as the wall surrounding breaking the stranglehold China has over the supply of REE - this is another brick being removed from that wall. Once the FS is completed and published, a heap more bricks will be removed from that wall. Every brick coming down should give the share price a kick along.
