Viridis + Ionic.....VIRIDION, the JV, will market and sell REO's within Brazil and worldwide.
Our role in the JV is as the joint refiner, and will complete a vertically integrated operation.
VMM will sell MREC directly to the JV and the JV will sell REO's.
They will split the costs and the profit 50/50.
From what I have seen in the past, the JV will make cash calls on the partners when capital is required, and distribute profits as special dividends or payments when they are cashflow positive, unless it is reinvested back into the business.
Big, big margins on the heavies...
And another fun fact ....CEO of VMM, Raf Moreno's brother is none other than Vulcan's CEO Chris Moreno...
