no one ever picks the exact bottom or top of a share.
you can do all the research and be way early and Miss profits, or you can be late and buy at height.
either way it's about making positive trade decisions over the course of years. if you are + then your strategy works. if your risk appetite doesn't align with management who don't communicate effectively then that's your right to jump out.
how many shares have you been on that you sold that continued north? it happens all the time. I owned Afterpay at $13 in 2018.. I sold for 70% profit.. does that mean I'm salty?? okay well yeah it does.. BUT the decision was not wrong. it can't be.
in saying that, IXR is one that I have a firm holding in and won't be selling until it's a life changing amount of money.. because I do believe.. and Tim is a jet.
in closing, this share being in the 4's is bloody magnificent buying op
