I think it would need to be something fairly substantial to see it move significantly. I have monitored recent announcement and some have even gone down after it. Not sure what would give the market the confidence it needs.
I do think the recent 9 / 10 action has been good. After coming off 12 (where I last bought) I was almost expecting to see a slide back to 5 / 6 territory, but recent constant sales suggests that around 9 seems like a new home.
