Well good on you Roblun --- you came out days earlier with the news about the MOU and tie-up with this Brazilian Govt related group. It is not all hype, as claimed by the trolls.

Whilst this is a MOU only, it is way more than another "brick in the wall".
This MOU is the framework to establish and eventually develop recycling and processing facilites for REEs in Brazil.
Under this MOU, parties are required to actually perform tasks, and commit to actions to advance the development.
Viridion is tasked with actually start a formal Scoping Study on both a Recycling plant, and a Processing plant. They even give the date as Jan 2025. So its real.
From there I guess it goes to a Feasibility Study, then eventually FID.
But thru that process, they will need to secure the production sites, and further funding.

The point here is, all along this process, Viridion will have the backing of Brazilian Govt agencies!

Also, this deal should add emphasis to negotiations IXR is having with other interested parties - it gives IXR and Ionic tech credibility !
Brazil is a big country. - it has a population of about 10 times Aust!
