What that article does not specifically address, is Trump's antipathy towards China.
It is a different focus on China, rather than Russia.
Under Trump he has already started that trade war before he has adjusted the chair behind the desk in the Oval Office.
So it is the REE space that China has that worldwide stranglehold- so without a doubt a Trump USA will rush to establish a REE supply chain in the US.
And it will also further broaden, and encourage and support the establishment of a supply chain of those overseas companies which undertake to export those REE materials into US (at the expense of Chinese imports).
Point being, that IXR/Viridion should benefit from US funding by Import/Export banks, plus Offtake and/or JV partners.
These are real issues.
Those Brazilian projects can be expected to attract funding and partners from US entities. Not ignoring the very real potential of direct investment in Ionic Recycling projects on US soil.
Exciting times ahead.
