the other comment in those video presos that I thought was interesting, was that they emphasised that the global expansion of the recycling technology would be in countries which were "stable" and supportive of recycling of R/E. ie Western countries, developed countries. ie way less risk, and quick to market.
I had not heard them make those comments previously.
Ergo, makes me think they have been "bitten" by their experiences in Uganda?? eg taking what 2 years to get Mining Licence, and the problems dealing with the Ugandan Govt whilst that Govt created it policies regulating and taxing mining entities in Uganda.
