If genuine, I'd suggest asking the company some questions around how the water table is envisaged to be protected so you have a bit of a view before your key point for entry even if you don't enter any earlier (although some of that may also be explicit in the SS). The flow sheet even has some strong hints as to the key controls. Unlike what someone else who pops in here from time to time clIms it is not in situ leaching. Tim is on top of ESG from my interactions, I don't think he'd want to be part of a company that pollutes the water table either.
