Putting the Cap Raise to the side for a minute, sounds like it could be a race between the first plant being Belfast or possibly......Brazil? Having 2x governments back the project with funding within a 6-12 month period would be a fairly large seal of approval for any other potential partners.
The financial side of this company has been the kryptonite but I still am of the opinion that overall the business strategy continues to execute well. Almost all of us are in the red at the moment, but that is the way the cookie crumbles in the spec end unfortunately. Enjoy the ride to anyone that has enough conviction to see it through over the next few years....
