Unfortunately the Governments are the only investors in RE currently and they only want to invest in their own jurisdictions and we offer that in spades, we can pop a plant in their back yard at a fraction of the cost of a mine but they are sometimes slow to cut through all the tape to the frustration of the team. Once we get the Corner stone investments they believe the Institutional Investor will pile in and we will rerate.
