Let's hope that IXR uses this SPP to allow current long-standing, and loyal shareholders to participate in this SPP if they wish.
It makes sense, and it is in IXR's interest to reward loyal shareholders with these offers.
Why reward Brokers' "speccy" day trader type clients?
IXR is already incurring the costs of Prospectus to raise $500k from SPP - why not allow Oversubscriptions at no extra cost. It will not be much dilution as already 5 billion shares. It allows s/h to average down.
