The facts are IXR is not on the list or have been nominated by the UK government to be added to the MSP list , and I would add IMO they would be very wary to add IXR to the list after the mining debacle in Uganda , and the hype that IXR presented to the market that has now been seen as unrealistic expectations , or in other words they are no more than market miners.
