I think IXR have done what they need to do, and now it's up to the UK Government to go through their processes.. which is never quick unfortunately. Think based on the last cash raise, the company were expecting it to be in Q1, but the timing of it is out of their hands.
EDIT: sorry i have nothing concrete re. the Q1 timetable. Perhaps i heard it at the AGM... i've had too many Xmas beers since then so i can't recall
