Please take in mind that these are all just speculations and that I am not trying to state facts. If you take this personal I will not be bothered to change my answer in the slightest.
First of all,
I see you want to record the information.
You have trouble trusting what info people decide to twist and pass on to others, so you make sure you have the correct info on hand to serve as evidence.
You are taking notes on what someone says so you can review it and think about their motives
You could be making screenshots to share these with friends and family because they are funny or because gossip is the best thing ever.
Second,
You are asking what this says about you.
You could be seeking attention, suggesting that you’d find yourself important or because you pity yourself.
You could be testing other’s deductive skill to see how good your own is.
You are worried there might be an irregularity in your behaviour and want to act on it.
Third,
You seek advice, for some reason…
You are worried you might have a bad personality, which would in turn suggest (to me at least) that your confidence is a bit low.
You might be worried you have a mental disorder (the closest I could think of would be OCD,but who knows). In that case you should just get it checked if you think it’s necessary.
As for my advice:
If you have a bit of confidence problems you should get to know some more people and it'll die down bit by bitIf you think you are mentally disordered, go see a psychologist or the like.
If you feel you are just doing something which shouldn’t be done, act on it and try to stop that kind of behavior.
And if this is because of some trust issue, then I wouldn’t have any idea what to do…
I have no knowledge on how to deal with that kind of problem nor do I think I would want to.
