We know that IXR is directly going to be supported by the UK government to establish a supply of REs to the UK car industry. That is a fact we just dont know the exact amount yet. It is also quite likely that the UK Govt is encouraging UK based lenders to get behind IXR's projects and supply the remaining funding required.
In my mind this will happen because of all the collaboration that has been going on both in the UK and with European countries like Germany.
Should this not happen IXR could simply fly to the USA and offer their services to the USA who will no doubt climb on board at some stage in the future because they need the heavy rare earths supply chain to come from anywhere but China.
