The more Trump opens his mouth, the more it is clear to me that the USA will become a prime target for the development of an IXR recycling plant.

    Why?
Because he has p....-off his friends and allies, and turning USA into an isolationist situation.
Countries that were previously bedrock allies of US like UK, Canada, European countries - are targeted by Trump and his idiot Vance.

Ergo, from where will US get is rare earths? If he enters this trade war, who would feel safe doing business with USA? Who would be game to rely on US for security.

Ergo, each country will move towards self-sufficiency in defense capability and will not be keen to relinquish scarce commodities like R/E - ie every country for itself.

The product from IXR Belfast will not go to US, given the disparaging activities of Trump, and the stupid comments by Vance re UK.

So US will need to access R/E on its own soil. The quickest and most secure avenue would surely be via an IXR Recycle plants - or rather multiple plants built in USA.
Access to supply of magnets would be plentiful, given the wind farms like between LA and LV and elsewhere.
Capital is available from the depth of funding in US.

I reckon it will be a short-term outcome in announcing a US project.

I am confident of a positive outcome from the IXR team from their visit to US.
