'Friend of mine is expecting a callback from Tim early next week , apparently the guys could not accept any calls this week as they are flat out with meetings.'

My speculation only... I don't imagine they'd be flat out with the grant application. It's all been submitted... potentially the UK Gov may request some clarification or amendments to the submissions. So if they are that flat out, to me that indicates discussions and working around offtakes, in particular, and funding from other partners that will occur after the grant is approved. All IMO.
