Because they don't have 100 million shares. They (whomever has been suppressing the price for well over a year now), just buys and sells to themselves. If, as many of us believe, this group is backed by Chinese interests, then money is not an option, so if they lose on the sales, it's immaterial in the big scheme of things. Consider why there are at least 2 downrampers in here that have persisted for years in doing so, they're not your average pump and dumpers who are in for a few weeks and leave, they have a vested interest in IXR failing and won't stop until they get their way. Let's just hope that never happens. IXR haven't helped themselves at all by constantly missing deadlines they themselves set (yes, I'm referring to you Timmy boy).

Let’s face it, those two spuds that have been in here for years have only turned off the odd retail investor (possibly), as their continual downramping has no relevance to the big boys that are going to ultimately make or break this company…

Spot on, our two main stalkers, yes them, have a real vested interest, they've been posting negative near fictional comments, on here now for 4-5 years. China of course wants this to fail, that's how they keep their control. As for losing good monies, in the scheme of things it's of no consequence to their end game. Being in various businesses myself I have tended to avoided deadlines as they are rarely met, to many factors internally but especially externally can come into play.
