news is released. Securing rare earths is hot on the agenda.
When a sudden burst of volume appears for no reason
would be highly unusual.
A large entity could be buying up & keep buying
at different intervals, maybe not done yet ?
For anyone interested best be grabbing a position you want now
rather than paying more later imo.
