The penny has finally dropped.... Rare Earths are now Front and centre, more people (Governments) are starting to realise how important rare earths are in all our modern Technologies and without them most items wouldn't last and stop working, I hate to say it, but Trumps Tariffs has accelerated the situation very quickly since March, average Joe can now see how China can weaponize Rare Earths like Tb and Dy and finally realise what it actually does and how much our technology depends on it.
