These are not easy targets-each would be a major de-risking event for the company and would likely have a positive impact on valuation and project delivery.

The new performance rights are not “rewards for underperformance”-they are a direct bet on management’s ability to deliver the funding, partnerships, and contracts needed to make the Belfast plant a reality and maybe advance Makuutu. If these aren’t delivered, the rights don’t vest and management doesn’t benefit.

If this doesn’t happen we’ve got nothing! What happens if BoD succeeds? I’m sure no one would be
pissed off!
