Mukuutu is NOT FREE of Radioneuculids, the assays show the levels of Th+U ~ 40ppm (which is four times the grade as Dy, which you keep on telling everybody is high grade !!!),
The problem compounds when bulk tonnages are processed, and the Rn's are concentrated in solution along with all the other metal ions. to be then dropped out of solution with the Ce, At which point it will be CONCENTRATED, if the process is as efficient as you suggest. At no point have I read how or where the Company proposes to dispose of this material other than dump it back into the hole.
