Agreed completely. Unfortunately there's been way too long of period with false dawns, noise on screen, and hyperbole around the minor Anns you mentioned.

Those I've inadvertently annoyed will be annoyed with me again stating what many have remarked upon, saying that we're even closer. Unfortunately The Boy that Cried Wolf is a parable that many past and present investors can relate to!

We see occasionally the SP needle moves on certain announcements, but it's barely perceivable and reflective of the doubts created by the past.

However, I agree it'll only take something concrete for IXR to take off. I don't know where they'll get the aggregate for that concrete but it needs to be bloody good. Though I've mentioned previously that requirement for government money always concerns me, in this instance it probably is a good start, but it looks like still needing significant funding after that.
I understand it's being said that a CR will avoided if they can, but how realistic is that, I wonder? And if it does occur, how well will it be supported? After all, there's a huge number of companies competing for dollars, many of which haven't sullied their reputation for following through.

Anyhow, here's for the cheer-leaders: COME ON, IXR. YOUR CLOSE. GET THE WIN AND MAKE ME SOME BLOODY MONEY.
