you might want to look at the by products of gas plants ( I worked at KGP ) all it needs is a refinery to convert condensate which im sure the Chinese could build in quick time. the point being china could have all the fuel they want if they invaded from the north so your point is wrong and im sure the people who run wars games have a understanding of. long way around of saying your wrong AGAIN.
