I saw that article and looking at my watch list was interested to note that has a slighly positive effect on ARR today and IXR was down 12.5% at the time of posting. A cursory thought on that is that many investors see positive news on REEs and critical minerals and think its a good thing because its topical. However, it would appear those same investors dont realise that not all raw materials are particularly rare, but that its refined capacity/supply that's the issue, hence the same latent euphoria is not been seen in IXRs prospects at sharing in the rush to invest and the drop in SP. I don't know if broader marketing an awareness of IXR might assist the SP, but realistically, other than having promises of sales to get finance etc, real time supply will have to wait. And if all goes well, the real euphoria will be for holders.
