They need a further $250M USD for that refinery, cost will keep on increasing as the years go by, as we all know there are complications in Refining MREC into separated REOs because there are 1000s of steps involved in that process (Lynas and MP Materials have had issues), but IXR's Ionic Technologies in the other hand will be producing lightREOs Nd/Pr 350,000kg and HeavyREOs Dy/Tb 50,000kg way before them. Ionic Technologies IPs can also process and refine MREC and RE Mining Concentrates into High Purity Separated REOs, that information will be available this year from Brazil, where Viridion Rare Earth Technologies will have a Pilot plant that will be processing MREC from VMMs Colossus Rare Earth Mining Project
