FT, probably not another more credible source and read by the people that matter.However as money/profit is nearly always more important to shareholders/investors than any long term strategies China wins hands down. They will not surrender their rare earth dominance to the TACO King, yes is not YES in Chinese. Trump has to claim a win, it's his default position.
All said this bodes very well for IXR as the rare earths game is here to stay, with no easy solution but what we are offering. Greenland, Ukraine, the next shiny object will take years if they ever happen.
