    To be honest, I'd much rather if Brazil became a more dominant player than the US.
    Funny enough, not so long ago we may not have thought of Brazil as being a more stable jurisdiction than the US, but I dont think its drawing too much of a long bow to consider it a fair statement these days.
    Anyhow, annoyance at what the US has become aside, Brazil has the raw resources so it makes economic sense they should process, too, instead of the wastage that occurs shipping products back and forth.
    An IXR plant in each global quarter would also bring a level of redundancy that would mitigate any supply shortage if one quadrant has production issues caused by natural disaster or other factors that cause disruption. Certainly Korea or Japan would just about absorb their own regional production in their substantial tech industries. Brazil the Americas, and Belfast Europe.
