Well, appears to be two thoughts on how soon IXR might become a commercial profitable entity!?
Are today's sellers ?:
1. Short-term profit takers
2. Long termers losing patience?
3. Just EOFY tax strategy?
The West needs to ensure it is not tied to the waist of China! It will take time, but the Geo-political scene just continues to re-inforce the need to secure supplies outside of China!
I do wonder how the West can compete with a centrally managed economy like China - longer term?
