i just said using today SS NPV and using aclara as a benchmark for market cap to NPV IXR should be double.
using a forecast of our upcoming FS almost 4 times.
both of which are using only 60% ownership.
no consideration given to downstream processing, magnet making, magnet recycling and the obvious expansion ixr has which compared to aclara.
IXR is my largest spec holding (albeit from a smaller initial capital allocation). If that's considered not so bullish then I better consider the rest of my holdings trash.
