    Agreed. This IP material is of critical importance. And at risk of been accused of being negative or a down-ramper in such an exciting few days, that IXR have the tech that demonstrably proves the process, one does wonder how best they protect that IP to maintain its vital unique selling point.
    Reverse engineering becomes more possible with proof of an items existance. And while I'm a huge admirer of China, and understanding there are many ways to skin a cat in IP protection, do any of us really think China will not strive to maintain its current advantage?
    As we know, China's current avantages have a lot to do with them being the biggest source of processed minerals. They have the market share. IMO, obviously the best way for IXR to gain advantage is to garner that market share. And, yes, of course I'm aware that will be what IXR is striving for. But at risk of putting too fine of point on it, governments and industry really need to get behind this faster to play the advantage as I'm sure most are aware that international IP laws may not be enough, particularly in an increasingly hostile world.
