The UK government did indeed publish a "10 Year Infrastructure Strategy" document on June19, 2025, presented by the Chief Secretary to the Treasury. This is a legitimate government publication with the official document number CP 1344

The post on HotCopper by user "skijapan" contains false information by presenting fabricated content as if it were from the official UK Infrastructure Strategy document. This appears to be a case of a HotCopper user posting misleading information
