Should we have expected IXR to be mentioned by name in such a report?
And if so, why are you posting it when you know all doing so will bring is opprobrium... which I shall be blamed for because I'm you, and your China, and China is me. And it'll all be our fault and not anything to do with the architects of the report.
Anyhow, I'm sure by some oblique reference IXR is in the mix somewhere for the UK. And if not, there's still Brazil, which, if I'm honest, I'd much rather see become the hub for critical minerals because if, like the US, the UK continues to be slow to the uptake, they don't deserve it. Seriously, Ford still lamenting critical mineral shortages and daft twats still use Just-in-time ordering systems that were hugely problematic during covid and demonstrably so in an increasingly contested world. China, on the other hand, is well known to stockpile.
