I agree that the document is not fabricated.
However, it seems to be merely using the Humber as an example of potentially many ways the UK can delivery clean energy. The Belfast Harbour Hub could be easily interchangeable as an example and I fail to see why the UK would abandon its commitment to Belfast at this point.
This is just another example of the immature and self-interested discourse here, which is disappointing.
