Evidently the article has not referred specifically to IXR and adzconon made the remark that it doesnt mean it precludes IXR from benefiting from this plan, which is what I agreed with. Its suitability neutral in that context. His following opinion was based on probability of succeeding was his opinion, and one he's entitled to make. Indeed, in another post he responds with something to the effect that: governments are notoriously bad at picking winners. Another opinion, yes, but one I tend to agree with when i consider some 'investments.' But I'm going to assume you disagree with him because you think IXR is worthy of inclusion, which is fair enough as I,too, am a shareholder. However, if it turns out that IXR is somehow excluded, then perhaps you might then agree with governments not being good at picking winners? I therefore think his statement was not inflamatory and somewhat objective, which is to ignore the provocation that raised his ire and his subsequent posts.
