Deadlines — just my thoughts on that subject...

I’ve run—and continue to run—multiple businesses, and in my experience, deadlines are often more about ticking boxes to satisfy computer systems than reflecting real-world priorities. “Computer says no” tends to be the default if those boxes aren’t checked. Did my distributors care? To some extent, yes—but they also understood the reality: external factors in the supply chain, often beyond our control, played a role. In this instance, that includes the UK Government. Yes, they may appear slow, but I’m fully confident it will come together. The groundwork has been laid—it’s only a matter of time.

Did I care about deadlines? Not particularly. My products weren’t time-sensitive, and the fundamentals of the market didn’t shift overnight. It’s no different here—the fundamentals remain rock solid.

Rare earths are not a lifestyle product. If you lack secure supply, you’re not just facing commercial setbacks—you’re facing national security threats. Financially, strategically, and defensively, rare earths are critical. The world is becoming increasingly unstable. A year ago, most people on the street had never heard of rare earths. Today, they have.

The IXR team has been hard at work, actively forging alliances and structuring deals—particularly in Brazil and the USA. The UK will follow, and I fully expect others to come on board after that.
