Saw and read it - No changes really. The USA claims deal done, Trump winning, yea sure, heard that one before. As for China saying yes, well yes in Asia does not often really mean yes, as the West perceives it. China will not be opening any flood gates soon or ever regards rare earth supply. Will America supply China with the latest chips? does China want to supply America with rare earths for their weapons systems? especially after Trump's turn about on a whim bombing of Iran. Does China trust the beast in any way or form after watching that recent display of the TACO team in full hawk mode. China of course will ease the situation but only on their terms, they understand this well.
As for supply chains, recycling etc etc, the West has no choices but to get on with it.
