e-VAC's will be manufacturing and can only do 1,600 tpa magnet production in South Carolina US Facility, (this is a known fact), there are NO other significant US-based rare earth metal alloy producers exist with capacity to supply e-VAC's requirements.

LCM is described as "one of only two companies outside China that can produce rare earth metal and alloys", with the other being primarily focused on their own integrated operations. I see this as a great opportunity for IXR's Ionic Technologies to set up a recycling plant for both Magnet and MREC right here, this setup is just too good. The PM Commercial Plant can produce 1/3 requirements needed by LCM and e-VAC, MREC Plant 1/3 that's why IXR would need strategic partnerships. Post #: 79518873

IXR is not just looking to build standalone plants—they are deliberately seeking partnerships with US magnet makers, defence suppliers, and other rare earth processors to rapidly scale up domestic REOs production and recycling. This collaborative model is designed to plug directly into existing and new US supply chains, making IXR a key enabler of the US’s push for rare earth independence in both the private and defence sectors.

I have calculated many times what one commercial plant can do with recycling PM Post #: 79483502

Here are the detailed requirements andsupply chain implications:

Based on the established partnerships through the REEVALUATE and CLIMATES programs and the massive REOs requirements we calculated (1,222 tonnes annually), an integrated facility combining IXR's recycling technology, LCM's metal production, and e-VAC's magnet manufacturing would create unprecedented operational advantages and supply chain efficiency.

US rare earth landscape and IXR's expansion strategy, there are indeed significant opportunities for IXR to set up strategic partnerships with major US rare earth suppliers. These partnerships could provide alternatives or complements to direct co-location with LCM and e-VAC, while leveraging IXR's proven MAIL technology across multiple strategic alliances. I'm really looking forward to this, I see this as a very logical solution IMHO.

    RDYOR!
