    answer to A

Without this funding, IXR lacks the capital to build commercial-scale operations, potentially forcing reliance on more expensive private capital or delaying deployment, I really doubt that 100%, the plant is going ahead even if the Non-holders don't like it.

    Answer to B

IXR's biggest risks centre around funding timing and technology scaling, while the biggest accelerators involve government backing and strategic partnerships. The Chinese export restrictions have created unprecedented urgency that favours rapid deployment of proven Western alternatives like IXR's MAIL technology.

The sweet spot: Converting current MOUs to binding agreements triggered by ATF funding approval, combined with strategic US partnerships, could transform IXR from demonstration-stage to tri-continental commercial platform within 1824 months rather than the current 2-3 year timeline.

This comprehensive partnership portfolio demonstrates IXR's strategy of building an integrated global rare earth supply chain through strategic alliances, government backing, and technology licensing.

IXR is not just a miner but a technology-driven rare earth supply chain enabler, with a global footprint spanning the UK, Brazil, Africa, Europe, and Asia. Its partnerships cover the full spectrum from collection and recycling (EMR, DNA Link), refining and separation (Ionic Technologies), alloy production LCM, to end-use in EVs Ford, VAC, all underpinned by strong government and institutional support.

This multipronged approach is designed to deliver resilience, sustainability, and strategic value across the rare earth supply chain—making IXR central to the Western push for rare earth independence.

Key Watch Points: UK ATF decision, MOU conversion triggers, and US partnership announcements will be the critical catalysts determining whether IXR accelerates or faces delays in business plan execution.
