i think I suggested when the mou was first signed that this was an excellent way to leverage their expertise in the development phase.

I think IXR will begin to start filling the gaps of a mine to magnet strategy decoupled from China. the mou for offtake was extremely smart though. because it means that we can continue to develop the mine at an accelerated rate and even if the mine to magnet strategy is locked in we may not have all those facilities to separate, refine and turn into magnet. we can then not delay the project can simply sign an offtake for a small percentage of product for 2-5years.

Best case scenario everything is under our wings by the time we're producing at the mine. 60% ownership post FS as well. remember only for the mine, not the rest. secondly this was also strategic. you keep your in country team with a large component of the project as this help expedite and get the mining licence over the line. same thing I saw with avz and psc. once you've done the leg work you take more of it. hopefully up to 75-85%.

All my economics have been done under 60% anyways which is probably the worst case scenario and I think 4 times upside on post tax NPV 60% ownership and using aclara mc to NPV as the precedent.
